Can't really tell much from a picture like this as it does not show most of the identification features. Really need to see other items such as gills, their colour and how they are attached to the stem, also whether or not they produce milk when cut. There were several different brown fungi like this in a pine woodland that I was walking around in today, there is a chance it might be a Lactarius but could easily be something completely different.
