Description:

A handsome small tree, probably seeded by a bird from streets or gardens in the villages below, as this is not its native area. Silvery underside to leaves make it distinctive in Spring, with clusters of flower-buds (roundish) above the unfurling leaves.

Nice berries

I have one growing over an old well and it was identified as a Swedish whitebeam and has masses of berries in the autumn,very nice shaped tree that does not get too big.
