Yellow stagshorn fungus

Yes there were several bright yellow patches over a wide area. The plantation is an old Forestry Commission conifer plantation which has been cleared of the non-native conifers to allow it to return to native woodland. Consequently there were large numbers of rotting stumps where most of these fungi were growing.
