Not a juvenile, but a bird born last year. Seems late still to be in that plumage...but not a species I know well at all, so it may not be unusual?

I've seen a Black Guillemot in its summer plumage on the 26th of March already, and again today, but I don't have the knowledge so far to put all this into context.
