Description:

Another lime tree with grey green foliose lichens. Three photos of different lichens on same tree all seem to be Hyperphyscia adglutinata, although I was not sure of the third photo. It is very small, I presume is Hyperphyscia adglutinata, but could it be flavoparmelia? I have added fourth and fifth photos, but I wonder are they all the same lichen species (still same tree).

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Just for the record ...

At the time of posting, Hyperphyscia adglutinata is not on www.lichens.lastdragon.org!

It is in my backlog for posting, but I have many much better photographs of other species that are ahead of it in the queue.
