Lavetera arborea has felted leaves, this picture does not seem to show that. Also the leaves of this plant show the classic dark ruby spot at the point where the petiole joins the leaf which is indicative of common mallow (M.sylvestris).
Thanks for that. My original thought was that it was commom mallow, the leaves and the flowers, but the long woody stems did not seem typical.
