An adult sawfly, it was resting on a bamboo clum sheath on the ground in bright afternoon sun, There are no Scabious type plants in the garden (the food plant of the larva of Abia serica)

Club horned sawfly

Thanks for the correction Zaraea lonicerae looks more like it, also plenty of honysuckle in the garden. I must take more time when using the internet for identification.
