The only key that I'm aware of is the Royal Entomological Society handbook, which can be obtained from the Field Studies Council:
I think David's identification as B. johannis is very likely correct, but I'm not sure enough of the group myself to click on the "I agree" button.

As Martin has already said, this is the only key I'm aware of - I didn't realise that you could get them from FSC though. I have a photocopy from my former life in the National Museum of Wales.
