Location

Hi Paula

Any chance of location details? I'd love to add this data to the BWARS dataset (www.bwars.com)

Location details

Hi Stuart
If you click on the location (the word 'garden' on this page just beneath the photos) you can see the location on the map with the coordinates beneath:
Lat/Lng: 53.897498561438, -0.96276819705963
OS grid ref: SE683451
However I've just checked on 'grab a grid reference' and on an OS map and the grid reference should be SE682450. This is only a small difference and must be something to do with converting from lat/long to OS grid. The dot on the map is in the right place anyway! I think the iSpot team can extract records by taxonomic group and pass them on in a database-compatible format (e.g. Excel) with their coordinates and grid references.
Best wishes,
Paula
