It would be really helpful to know the context within which the moth was observed. Many of the tortrix moths are limited to particular foodplants/habitats and they don't venture very far. Cydia ulicetana looks like a very good candidate, but it would be useful to know more about the sighting.
This was actually found indoors so not much to go on in terms of habitat. I think it may be a bit early for Cydia, but not come up with many other candidates.
