Nearly missed these small fungi

Presumably this is on birch. It might be Ascocoryne but not very sure as its not usually in situations like this on thin birch twigs (at least in the south of England), don't know if there are other similar species growing in your situation.
I do not agree with the species. It looks more like an Exidia. If it was on willow I would take a guess that it is Exidia recisa.
