I think I'm inclined to agree with RogerR for the same reason. The only reservations I have about it being the Shaggy Parasol(Chlorophyllum rhacodes) are the slenderness of the stipe and the relative smoothness of the cap. But I don't really see how it could be the Field Parasol (Macrolepiota procera) with such a smooth stipe.
