Yes, there is a large water

Yes, there is a large water body at the bottom of the valley and a small brook 20m below where we found him. very high up, 400+m

Symphyta

This has short 7-segmented flagellum so is probably Tenthredinidae. Plecoptera have long, multi-segmented antennae
