This is Harmonia axyridis

This is Harmonia axyridis (the Harlequin ladybird), form spectabilis. There is a form of the 2-spot ladybird which is very similar (form quadrimaculata), but the red spots on the front of the elytra would be fairly rectangular and touching both the front of the elytra and the edges, rather than being 'islands' as they are here
