Male Andrena

Really not possible to do this beyond saying that it is a male Andrena of some sort

Thanks, Stuart. I gathered that it was a male because of its yellow face. I thought it might not be possible to identify from the photo but I thought I'd ask anyway.

There are lots of mining bees in the garden at the moment, especially around my mum's plum tree and flying above the lawn.
