Coltsfoot -

An old herbal remedy for coughs and colds, so popular that in some countries (e.g. France), the image was used in shop signs for herbalists. Traditional coltsfoot rock contained the extract and was the precursor of modern cough-sweets.
Nowadays it comes with a health warning because some components could be toxic in quantity.
