The campanulate (bell-shaped) cap makes me think this is a Psathyrella
No, not field mushrooms. Field mushrooms are much stockier than these, and have a ring, or at least signs of where a ring has been. I can't think off the top of my head what they might be, though.
Reminds me a bit of bolbitius, they can start of yellow but very quickly fade white/grey but not sure the gills are the right colour.
