Description:

I've only managed very blurred photos of Chiffchaffs this year, you can at least see this one! Very active and singing constantly amongst the Pussy Willow.

...your word for it!! If you heard the song, then fair enough, but there is not enough to ID from the pictures...not really!

It was worth a try!

The song was the key identifier - I even checked by listening to the call on the RSPB site. I have heard a little like it from Great Tits in the past but I saw this bird singing. Its one of those occasions where you really need it to sit next to a willow warbler for comparison!!

I believe you! If you heard the song, then fair enough! Songs/calls are always the clincher with difficult little jobs like these.
