Beautiful fungus.......................

Beautiful fungus. It often amazes me how inventive nature is. I've never seen any of the Bird's nest type before. Are they common?

They are now common I

They are now common I actually went looking for this and found it! Just look at well rotted bark used for paths and borders. Annoyingly here in MK there used to be loads of these fungi near the university but the Parks Trust covered over the bark path with gravel which killed them all off.
