Small plant with very small white flowers

This plant is growing on the poorest soils in my garden. The substrate is sandy. The aspect is open.
The flower petals are only one or two millimeters long, hence the poor quality of the photos. Some plants seem to tbe flowering on stems only 3 or 4 cm tall. Others have stems up to 10cm tall. The number of stems on plants seem to be variable. The plants are locally prolific at a number of sites across the garden. No artifical herbicides have been used in the garden for approaching 20 years.
