Large numbers of Common Toads in a mating frenzy but all the patchs of spawn that I could see were frog spawn. I did see one small string of toad spawn.
No interactions present.
Show that the notion that frogs and toads don't like to cohabit is no longer true. It may be the lack of sufficient suitable ponds that is forcing them to do so.

To the North of Wheathills Farm Cottage the field slopes downwards and on the West side of the field there is a large pond and several temporary wet areas in the tracks of a four by four racing area.
