Confidence: It's likely to be this, but I can't be certain.
Notes: Looks exactly like R. caerulea, including the characteristic, almost pointed umbo and overall conical shape of the young cap. Note also that it is in pine litter (though it looks kind of unnatural - I trust it has not been moved?). A common species under pine and less variable than most species, though ANY Russula needs careful examination and often microscopic confirmation, so I am not posting an ID with the highest confidence rating.
