The ghosted mirrors on the wingtips say it is not a normal Iceland, despite the long wings. I wonder about Kumlien's or a hybrid. We need a real 'white-gull expert' on this case - they can be confusing. Lovely bird, though.

Leucistic Herring/Lesser Black-backed.

I'm sure that this is not an Iceland Gull (or Kumlein's). It could potentially be a hybrid with some Iceland Gull genes, but if this is the case it is also leucistic.

More likely is that it is a 'pure' gull, that happens to be leucistic - retaining just a fraction of the pigment in the otherwise black wing tips.
It looks quite 'attenuated' towards the rear end (like Lesser Black-backed), but I think that it is probably OK for Herring Gull structurally, so I would think that that is the likely ID (it's hard to picture a bird properly when it isn't the correct colours though!).
