larval forms

Can't find any information to suggest the larvae are different for the different forms.

Forms

Absence of evidence rather than evidence of absence is where my (admittedly limited) research on the question has got.

I cannot find anything which suggests any differences but I cannot really find anything which definitively describes rearing both forms and indicates that there isn't a difference.
