Description:

Bird of prey viewed from some distance hunting (May need to zoom the pics for this).Fairly small, no white underneath. It kept hovering. I think its a sparrowhawk

Sparrowhawks may soar, but

Sparrowhawks may soar, but they never hover on beating wings. Kestrel hovers routinely. The shape is clearly a falcon and not a hawk.
