Unlikely to be S. cambrensis, not found on the Carneddau as far as I know. S. vulgaris often has ligules. Or it might perhaps be a very scruffy S. jacobaea - difficult to see in the photograph although the ligules look very small. But I'm sure you would have discounted that with the plant in front of you. You need ripe achenes to be certain of a diagnosis (S. vulgaris versus S. cambrensis) - if they're greater than 3mm then you're in business.
