Found this the other day - which kind of Cardinal is it?
No interactions present.
This one is Pyrochroa serraticornis. If it had a black head it would be Pyrochroa coccinea, which is listed as Nationally Scarce but is not much less frequent than serraticornis in the Chilterns.

I think the black-headed one is a bit rarer and I can't remember seeing it at Hartslock much but I have seen it at Moor Copse fairly often :)
I've recorded the Common Cardinal 26 times (including Hartslock once) and the Black-headed 22 times (not including Hartslock nor Moor Copse!).
