I acknowledge that it could be but it does not have the characteristic "nipple" shape I associate with Psilocybe.
It could be either a Conocybe or a Panaeolus sp.
As mentioned, hard to get anywhere with more detailed photographs.
March is in any case not likely to see P. semilanceata fruiting.
