Saw this while out walking the other day - does anyone know what it might be?

The hybrid has been known at this site for a couple of years, possibly the first place in uk that the hybrid has occurred, it is being studied as you can see from the labels.
Thanks Mike ... and yes, you are right - (O.purpurea x simia). I posted this photo really as a cheeky test - I am the site warden so it's me who puts the tags in ;) The hybrids are doing very well and we have seen a massive expansion in plant numbers in the last 2 years - see my blog on the site (http://hartslock.org.uk/). The Monkey orchids don't seem to be suffering either and they have been expanding and spreading over more compartments :)
Well in return I have a test for you what is the sound I have just posted: http://www.amanita-photolibrary.co.uk/mechanical_sound_0067.mp3
Infact I have no idea myself, could be animal, veg or mineral - perhaps marsh gas escaping or young crocodiles calling to mother? To be serious it is a real sound I recorded in the forest this morning and I could not see what was making it.
