Daisy. Solitary flower head, central yellow disc with a surrounding ray of white petals. Spoon shaped leaves arranged in a rosette.

Probably

It depends on weather condition's and location,were normally a couple of weeks behind the south and it is a perennial so can flower early march if we have a mild spell.
