Wing for ID
Description:

Looking through my records, this is the only candidate Ichneumon that I have so far found with wings outstretched enough for ID purposes. Though only one of the antennae can be seen, it is appropriately long. On checking Figs. 1 and 2 of Gavin Broad's key*, the wing venation looks to be consistent with an Ichneumon rather than a Braconid pattern – with a degree of ambiguity over the presence of vein 2m-cu (arrowed). Further comments would be very welcome.
