As I have said in another comment, lichen photographs do need to be very sharp for accurate identification. Necessary critical details are often very small.
In a situation like this it is very difficult to steady oneself - I know, I take loads of photographs like this - but the beauty of digital photography is that one can take multiple duplicates, and often, by chance, one is sharp!
In this case, I cannot make out enough clues to make a reasonable stab at identification.
