Description:

2 varieties of flat, leaf-like lichen which were found on the top and side of a west, facing red brick wall no older than 12years.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

    Confidence: I'm as sure as I can be.

The yellow lichen is

The yellow lichen is Xanthoria parientina and the whitish-grey one is Physcia adscendens.
The very small darker grey lobes above the Physcia are probably Phaeophyscia orbicularis and the small apothecia (jam-tart like fruits) with white margins are a species of Lecanora.
