I-D Aleimma loeflingianum?

Wonderful limk to BirdForum website. The moth identiified there as Aleimma loeflingianum is clearly the ssme species as my moth, but I'm not sure it is Aleimma loeflingianum. All the other pictures of Aleimma are the same shape, but colouring is very different.

Have a look at the pictures for this species on UKMoths and UK sites - they show what a highly variable species this is. Nevertheless, it is possible to pick out some key pattern features which also apply to your moth. If it isn't Aleimma, then it is one of the closely related tortrix species.
