Description:

I'm trying to ID this at work... I think it's a moth? Vestigial wings? The site I've been using thus far (ukmoths.org.uk) doesn't let me search for flightless (female?) moths...
It's a really bad photo (courtesy of my brothers) phone - but if anyone has any pointers/ideas I'd be grateful.

I'm tempted to agree with Angle Shades, partly because the lengths of the legs don't look right for Early Moth, which seems to have rather long front legs. However, it's difficult to judge.

Do you know what size it was, or perhaps even better can you measure the 'grating' that it was sitting on to get an accurate estimate of the length of the moth?
