Maddening weed

very brittle reddish stem covered in pink flowers.
Emerges from every crack in the garden, impossible to clear as the stem breaks away from the root so easily.
Grows to a height of about 50cm. This is my least favourite plant.

You could always -

Harvest some of it!
The fresh leaves can be eaten as a vegetable, or used to make soup (use any nettle soup recipe).
It is nutritious, but amongst its herbal properties it is listed as a diuretic: so be warned!
