Probably Xanthoria parietina, but.

I'd need a clearer (more zoomed in) photo to be sure, but the orange coloured lobes (leafy bits), round fruiting bodies and general habit of this suggest this species. It's very common on trees, particularly elder, or where there is high levels of nitrogen in the atmosphere. See http://www.opalexplorenature.org/LichenGuide for some more guides.
