A mycena with a very distinctive frill round the cap and very long stems. It comes out as M. epipterygia but its not like previous M. epipterygia I have found. There was a large clump of it, oaks on one side and conifers on the other on acid sandy soil. the colour of the second picture (less yellow) is correct.
