Very small spider (as you can see by the size of the grass). Only comes out when there has been no movement for some time.
No interactions present.
A purse web is entirely closed and covered in local material, so the silk cannot be seen at all. LordMuzzy's description of Atypus and its web is quite correct, though. Has he ever seen one?
This might be a freshly emerged Agelena labyrinthica, judging by the web and reddish colour of the small spider
