Description:

Tiny blue green ear shaped squamules with yellower margins. Much paler when dry.

Looks like Pannaria conoplea

Looks like there is also Pannaria conoplea to the right of the photo, greyish lobes, densely isidiate.

From the species you've been posting its a good area!
