Description:

I think this is a sawfly of the Rhogogaster genus – from the habitat, R. viridis perhaps but possibly R.punctulata (I gather R. picta and R. genistae have associations with broom - which is not present on this site)

Yes, looks a good match for R. viridis but I can't see enough detail in the photo to get to species level.
