Black body, white legs. 37mm long, about 46 segments, about 90 pairs of legs. Found in leaf mould at bottom of tree. Curled into tight spiral shape when handled.
No interactions present.
I can't see any reason why this isn't Tachypodoiulus niger, but I'm afraid I don't know the other related species well enough to know whether we can rule them out.
