Is there enough information to know which St John's Wort this is? From memory the flowers were about 1cm across.

Perforate ?

I suspect its Perforate St John's-wort but I don't think there is enough information in the photo to be certain. Useful things to look for when trying to identify St John's-worts are the hairiness of the plant and the shape of the stem (four sided or rounded).
