Scottish Lichen

bright green leathery leafy lichen attached firmly by a stump to deciduous branches; underside white to beige; very textured like lungs, wrack or bubble-wrap; has reddish disc fruits as well as powdery soredia.


Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
