It doesn't really help identify the moth in the picture but I believe that the relative length of the spurs on the legs are diagnostic for Emmelina monodactyla. The proximal spur (i.e. closest to the body) should be much longer than the other two spurs.
Do you have a reference for that feature as a way of distinguishing monodactyla from argoteles
