It's a harvestman rather than

It's a harvestman rather than a spider as it has one body part (a spider has a distinct abdomen and thorax). Harvestmen also have very long legs in proportion to their bodies.

Dicranopalpus

This is a characteristic pose for Dicranopalpus as you may note from other observations. I don't know of any other harvestmen that consistently look like this.
