Orange fungus on dead hazel

Growing on a dead hazel trunk at the edge of woodland. It appears to be growing on another chesnut coloured fungi which I cannot identify.

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
