Description:

Fungus growing near base of tree with a substance resembling honey in the pores. Diameter of fungus approx 6 to 9 inches.
Deciduous woodland on the Ickworth Estate.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
