Wing-tips are too pointed for either of the pearl-bordered, which have a much earlier flight period anyway. Habitat and range are not right for high brown fritillary, which looks very similar to dark green.
In addition, HB and DG frits can be determined from the upperwings by looking at the line of submarginal spots on the forewings - in HB, the third spot from the front is markedly smaller and displaced towards the body, whereas DG has all the spots in a regular progression, as here
