ID

Tremella mesenterica, the Yellow Brain Fungus, is mainly seen in winter, when it grows on fallen branches of deciduous trees. Yours looks like it's on tree debre. They like Birch, Ash and HazelI think your identification is correct. Looked on first nature website and the climate needs to be wet.
